Red, White & Blue Strawberries

Every summer our neigbors have a 4th of July party. I just happened to stumble accross this and I knew right away this is what I'm taking this year! I know, we just finished celebrating Memorial Day, but I have to blog it before I forget it (again, my reason for creating this blog!)

Red, White & Blue Strawberries

12 ounces white chocolate chips
1 container of strawberries
Blue sugar for dipping

Be sure strawberries are dry; even a little moisture will alter the texture of the chocolate. Melt chocolate in microwave according to package directions. Dip strawberries into chocolate then into sugar. Place on waxed paper to harden.
