Pecan Cranberry Spread- Day 69 of the 100-Day Countdown to Christmas

This is a recipe I cut off the back of a box of crackers several years ago. I made it several times then forgot about it. It's super simple and the flavor combinations are great.

This does call for frozen orange juice concentrate and you definitely get more of an orange flavor using that. However, I have used whatever orange juice I have in the fridge and it worked fine.

Pecan Cranberry Spread

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 C chopped pecans
1/4 C dried cranberries
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Butter flavored crackers

In small bowl stir together cream cheese, pecans, cranberries and orange juice concentrate. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
