Taco Salad

I had this often when I was growing up. It was a popular dish that was served when my parents got together with their friends and their children. It was adult and kid friendly so it was a win-win! We eat A LOT of tacos in our house! Let's see we eat: beef tacos, fish tacos, chicken tacos, taco salad, taco pie, taco bake, taco dip. I could probably go on but, at the risk of sounding like Bubba Gump, I'll stop at that! Let's just say it's not the most healty meal BUT it's good and it doesn't get much more simple than this!
