Breadsticks

Who doesn't like bread with spaghetti? Well, this is what I made the other night when I made Spizza. Ironically, I found the recipe in the same Kraft recipe book where I found the spaghetti pizza. It uses refrigerated breadsticks so it doesn't get much easier than that! I could not find the seasoning blend the original recipe called for. It was an old recipe book so I don't know if it's no longer available or I just couldn't find it (Parm Plus! Seasoning Blend). Either way, I improvised and made my own. We thought they were very good and a nice addition to the meal.

Breadsticks

1 Can refrigerated breadsticks
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 C parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4-1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Separate and cut breadstick dough into 16 sticks. Dip into melted butter and coat with parmesan cheese mixture. Twist and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.
