Peanut Butter Fudge- Day17 of the 100-Day Countdown to Christmas

The holiday's aren't the holiday's without peanut butter fudge! It also makes a great gift idea. I found this cute idea on Pinterest for wrapping the fudge individually to give as gifts which I thought it was super cute! The idea comes from Mr. Food, however, I couldn't find directions. Looking at the picture it's pretty self-explanatory.
