Sweet Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Casserole- Day 53 of the 100-Day Countdown to Christmas

Do you have a tradition for breakfast on Christmas morning? Growing up ours was sweet rolls and hot chocolate while we were opening presents. My mom perfected my grandmother's recipe so if by chance we didn't have 'Grammy's sweet rolls', we were covered!  All these years later, my mom still makes sure we have those sweet rolls for Christmas morning! I can't remember a Christmas without them.

I recently made this breakfast casserole and it was SO good, not to mention easy. Sweet, gooey cinnamon rolls in a casserole..yep! There is an extra layer of flavor added by using cinnamon bun coffee creamer! Yeah, it's pretty amazing!
