Red Velvet Cookies- Day 27 of the 100-Day Countdown to Christmas

I can honestly say that I have never had Red Velvet Cake.  I also admit I am not a chocolate cake fan. However, it seems to be popular so when I found this Red Velvet Cookie I thought it was a great idea! I may even have to give them a try.

The recipe again comes from Betty Crocker.  Click HERE for the recipe and directions.  Browse around their site for a while they have some delicious goodies there! I like that most of the recipes call for a pre-packaged mix. Great for those last minute cookie emergencies!!
