Holiday Poke Cake- day 37 of the 100-Day Countdown to Christmas

Have you all ever had poke cake? yum! I remember it being popular 'back in the day' but have not heard it mentioned in years. I remember this cake most from school. It was one of the most anticipated items on our school lunch menu!

I found this on the Kraft website and loved the two layers in red and green. Would makea great festive dessert for Christmas dinner or maybe something to take to that holiday party besides cookies. You know everyone will be taking cookies!
