Cran -Pistachio Cookies- Day 31 of the 100-Day Countdown to Christmas

It's that time of the year where we are going to start baking our cookies. I found this recipe and am adding it to my list of cookies I'm making this year! I love pistachio pudding and have a pistachio pudding salad that I include every year on our menu for Christmas dinner. This recipe is looks super simple and the colors are so festive!
