1) Place deisred amount of sugar in plastic bag
2) Place 2-3 drops of desired food coloring
3) Close bag and squeeze out all air
4) Massage the color into the sugar until no clumps remain.

Make your own colored sugar
I use a lot of colored sugar around the holidays when I bake cookies. There other times through the year if I'm making something I like to use it as well. If you use it, then you're familiar with the price- it's ridiculous for the amount you get and it's just sugar! So here a few simple steps to make your own!

White sugar
Food coloring
